You have until July 15, 2020 to pay taxes owed without incurring any penalty or interest. If you want to file your return now, when it asks how do you want to pay taxes, choose by check. Then you can go through the file section without having to set up a payment.
Then, to schedule a new payment, go to the IRS Direct Pay site.
