In TurboTax Online, you'll need to proceed through the Ohio interview process again, since you won't be able to actually edit the relevant state form.
To do this,
- Click State in the left pane, then
- Click Continue in the Let's get your state taxes done right page
- Click Edit next to Ohio, and proceed through the interview again.
