TT online not helpful for calculation underpayment penalty
So I'm using the underpayment penalty calculator, but it asks me to enter info from my 2018 form 2210 line 4, but the "file for your records" PDF from 2018 shows no such form (I didn't have a penalty last year)
My 2018 taxes does show an amount in the "federal carryover worksheet" "other tax info and income" line 6. It shows an amount for 2017 and one for 2018. The amount for 2018 shows the exact same amount as my 2018 liability aka 1040 line 15. But the instructions ask me to enter my 2210 amount, not the one from my 2018 form 1040 (which it should have imported from the 2018 PDF anyway)
the instructions for form 2210 say you don't have to pay a penalty if "100% of your 2018 tax. Your 2018 tax return must cover a 12-month period."
I read "2018 tax" as the amount on line 15 of my 2-18 1040, and in this case, my 2019 witholdings are MORE than the amount in line 15 on the 2018 form 1040 (but less than 90% of this year's liability)
So I figure I should NOt have a penalty, but TT todl me I had one, and does not ask me what my line 15 was last year, just some entry from form 2210 that I don't have form last year.
Is it a bug in TT and I should enter my tax liability from last year form 1040 line 15 instead?
How can I get TT online to show me its form 2210 calculation? it doesn't show up when I print to PDF
