AGI/PIN problem cited, but could it be something else in fact?
My federal form was just rejected for "incorrect AGI from 2018 OR wrong PIN."The AGI is directly from my tax forms last year, p 2 line 7. I created a new PIN this year; I don't know if I had one last year.
Later: OK, I checked with the IRS copy of my return; AGI remains accurate.
I discovered something else, though. I am legally separated, and last year I filed Married, Filing Separately, but this year just put Single. I have now amended to Married, Filing Separately and added my separated spouse's info - name/ss/filing info.
Could that be the problem, since it was CLEARLY not the AGI info, and since one can indeed select a new pin.
