I'm not sure what you mean by "still waiting for a response." I don't see any previous question that you've asked. This is an old thread. What is your situation? What do you mean by "loading 2016?" Are you trying to install the 2016 program? If so, are you installing from a CD or a downloaded installation file? And are you using Windows or Mac? And what operating system version?
