@raeraesmommy call the number ending with 4169. Option 2 . It will ask you if you want you to enter your card number and state if you wanted to report lost or stolen. Or if recvd direct deposit that wasnt your. You select that option for the direct deposit. Option . It will than ask you again for card number or ss# or account number use your ss# or account number .once you type that It will transfer you to rep. Wait is over a hour but you do get to speak to someone.. I was working This since 8:30am I just got off phone with them 1:30and New card is on its way .. I hope
