Everything is locked down in INDIA except essential services till April 14th.
I spoke to FedEx, DHL and UPS and they are shutdown because there are no flight coming in or going out of INDIA.
Any thoughts about we e-sign our self-prepared form, send to my family in USA for print and mail to IRS ?
