It appears that you may be getting this error related to information reported on a W-2. Review the information entered for your W-2's.
- From the Federal menu in TurboTax Online, click Wages & Income
- Expand the menu for Wages and Salaries
- Click Start/Revisit next to Wages and Salaries (W-2)
- Click Edit next to each W-2 and verify the information entered
