I have used the free version for mother-in-laws tax return and I have a premier version (purchased) that I used for my return. The phone answering system will not let me get to anyone for a question on the premier version which will not let me email. Turbotax has found some error in one of the W2s and will not go past that point even though all the numbers in the form match the numbers in the W2. Please let me talk to someone.
