Intuit HQ is in Mountain View, CA in Santa Clara County. Not sure what it's like in other states but from my experience with the BBB in California it's a wast of time trying to get their help. I've tried to work through the LA County BBB to settle a complaint and found they are NOT consumer advocates. The Santa Clara County BBB is at www.bbb.org/us/ca/santa-clara if you want to try it anyway. But here's a link to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office, consumer protection unit. That might be a better alternative.
