What credit unions call dividends is actually interest, not dividends.
To report the interest:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Federal Taxes .
- Go to Wages and Income.
- Select Interest and Dividends and click show more.
- Select Interest on 1099-INT and click revisit.
- Select to type the form yourself and enter the amount in box 1.
