Fully agree to Steener 19, got new version(credit card type) had difficulty entering data,( paid 30.00 for it at Costco) Cra refused to agree to refund Turbo tax showed and submitted as ok. Activation # was not accepted, now I'm out 30.00, as code # was scratched off, can't return it. Then I found that they want $20.00 for each tax form done, cost $40.00 for wife and I, now I'm out $70.00 and still no satisfactory ending. Remember the good old CD ? you got for $30.00 and could do up to eight returns for that?? Very little instruction and difficult to get help unless you wish to pay more!! Total rip off, never again!!
