Yes, you can. And if you earned less than $10 in interest then you may not receive a 1099-INT (your bank isn't required to issue one in that circumstance).
It might be worth a phone call to the bank and just ask them if they will be issuing a 1099-INT. They can also confirm the amount of interest you received.
