Similar to last year Turbo Tax will not take my credit card information in order for me to pay by state tax return and I had to pay on line and get a confirmation number.
I called the 877 number per the instructions to that this year but have been unable to get a representative on the line to input my card information and get a validation code to proceed with filing.
Any help would be appreciated
