The IRS doesn't see your itemized totals. If you create the detail in Turbo Tax, it will only save for you. Meals and entertainment are one line/ one number on the Schedule C.
You should have receipts, business purpose of meals, an itemized accounting, etc with your records- but just put a total in Turbo Tax.
