Are you being asked for identification in a review of your return by a TurboTax CPA or EA? Is this to restore an account? If not, be aware of the source of this request.
- Sign in to your TurboTax account. If you're already signed in, select Tax Home on the left menu (on mobile devices, tap the upper-left corner to open the menu).
- Show Your tax returns & documents and select your desired tax year.
- Select My Docs.
- From My Docs, select Add a new doc, select the document you want to upload, then Open.
- (Optional) Assign a category and tax year to the document.
- Select Add document to upload it to My Docs.
