In Online Deluxe, the Federal return is $60 and a state return is $50. If you choose to pay those fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.) You avoid that latter service fee by paying upfront with credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.
