Just to clarify. You can use the Offline Review with the downloaded version of TurboTax. Offline refers to the method of doing an evaluation. In a LIVE review you will be actively having a discussion with a tax professional. In the Offline review, you send a message that includes a copy of your tax return, and the tax expert responds with a written message.
