Have tax penalty even tax withold and estimate payment are greater than my 2018 total tax?
I am using TurboTax 2019. I have tax withhold and estimate payment together greater than my 2018 total tax. Turbo tax 2019 still shows I have a tax penalty? Is this a bug? How can I fix this?
