If you are asking if you can claim him as a dependent;
If he was not a student for at least 5 months of the year or is not totally and permanently disabled, he won't qualify as a "qualifying child."
He could be a "qualifying relative" if he did not claim himself (and no one else did either) as a dependent on their tax return, you may be able to claim him if he meets the income and other dependent limitations.
