Like I said, I will never use Turbotax again.
I just wish Turbotax would solve their issues with software for the public.Let me recap it:
- Turbotax worked fine, Loaded up and inputted data
- Update (which you cant deny to use on Windows)
- Asking for Activation Code --- doesn't accept
- Go onto support, find a bunch of useless FAQ/Contact us
- Contact Turbotax Support -- No resolution
- Contact Turbotax Support -- Told to "just refund through amazon and buy it through us" (hassle + more expensive) -- No Resolution
- Crawl through forums wasting my time trying to find solutions
- Spend hours doing "fixes" that are useless.
- Contact Turbotax Support - No Resolution
- Contact Turbotax Support - Offered No Resolution for Windows but offered a MAC license (which I don't want to do, but no choice).
- Never use Turbotax Again, Tell everyone of my experience. I felt completely vulnerable-- I don't want to have issues with such an important thing. Maybe one day you guys will figure out a solution to this issue, but how can I rely on you now? I can't. Relationship ruined.
