It sound like the problem is on the summary, not the 1099-R form. Try this:
- Click on Tax Tools toward the bottom left corner.
- Select Tools.
- Click on Delete a form.
- Scroll down the list and find 1099-R Summary and delete it. Word of caution: do not delete the Form 1099-R itself.
- To delete a form, click Delete on the right and then Confirm the delete. You can only delete one form at a time.
