Thank you DMarkM1 for responding. Turbotax won't show me their version of the State and Local Tax Refund Worksheet. So, I manually completed the IRS's worksheet. Where on the IRS's worksheet does the general sales tax option become part of the calculation, (even though it was not taken?)
