Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Yes, I looked up the screen. 

Click Federal

Deductions &  Credits 

Scroll down to "Your Home" and click Show more

Scroll down to "Property (Real Estate) Taxes" and click Start

The screen says "Enter any additional property tax you paid in 2019. 

Here you can enter "additional property taxes that you haven't told us about" 

So it is asking for any additional tax, not additional properties. 

Not the way I would word it, but that is where you enter the property taxes on your main home. (not necessarily an additional home, there is a second line that is listed as "Additional homes or land" ) 

Again, I think they do not want people to enter a 1098 with the taxes reported on that form AND THEN see this screen and enter the SAME amount a SECOND time.
