Dividends on 1099-Div on the page Your income may include other entries made on the 1099-Div.
- Click on Edit/Add.
- Click Edit to the right of the 1099-Div.
- Click My form has info in other boxes.
- Review all the boxes to see if there are other boxes with information entered.
