They are done if you went to the complete end of the program & e-filed or mailed in your return. Then once your return gets accepted, you are done with TurboTax. Then you wait for the IRS and/or State to process your return & approve your refund with a issuing date.
You can check your e-file status to see if your returns were accepted, rejected, or no return filed.
