I paid the tax using estimated school tax issued by Ohio specifically for this purpose. Ohio collects school taxes for school districts, so this is a local estimated tax presenting as a State estimated tax. Taxslayer software used by ITS Vita permitted me to enter directly onto line 8 and get a correct answer. Why does not TurboTax get a number to line 8? I resolved problem with pen and ink entries, but this should not be.
