If your W-2 covers the whole amount spent by the employer i.e. includes the housing assistance, then just show the W-2 amount as your total remuneration and not show the housing .
Have you been in S Korea long enough to qualify for the Physical Presence Test ? It is only then that you can exclude the amount. Note that the exclusion is generally for the purposes of avoiding double taxation -- if S. Korea is not taxing the amount then this amount may not be excludable.
Need to do some research on the subject.
