Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I was getting the same problem when filing with AZ state. After searching around online, the first thing I learned was you can transmit your Federal with no problem by itself. I turned the efile state off and my Fed was sent. I was able to get my state to finally transmit by doing the following:

• Follow the instructions from this site to uninstall your state tax software :  https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/state-loop-indicates-turbotax-is-up-to-[product ke...
• Initiate TurboTax Uninstall, and choose to Repair TurboTax
• Once complete it will ask you to reboot
• Once you reboot and startup TurboTax it will reinstall the state version
• Open up your tax return file and go through steps to efile again
• This time is should allow you to transmit you state return.
