Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I am having the same issue. I have tried importing my Betterment tax information into both TurboTax Online and the TurboTax 2019 desktop application. I have tried with and without 2FA enabled on Betterment. I have tried generating multiple app passwords on Betterment. Additionally, I have tried changing both my password and email on Betterment, but have had no luck. Nothing has worked. I was able to successfully import my Betterment account information last year with TurboTax 2018 desktop application.

 

I understand that I can manually add the information myself, but would prefer this issue to be fixed. Please advise.

Here are a couple things to check:

  • Make sure there are no typos.
  • If you use auto-fills make sure it gets the right info.
