The 2018 PIN was a 5-digit number that your father created. There is not a way that you are able to obtain the PIN. You will need to mail in the 2019 return.
If the return is showing that you he is receiving a refund you will need to include Form 1310 on the return.
To enter the Form 1310, you should:
- Enter form 1310 in the Search Magnifying Glass in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
- Select Jump to form 1310.
- Answer the questions on the screens.
