My girlfriend and I have lived together for over a year. We have a one year old son together. In 2019 she only worked for about 1 month and made under $4000. I pay for everything but my son and her receive medicaid, snap, and wic. Would I still be able to claim them both as my dependents even though she claimed in the past that she was living alone and having no help? If so , would she be committing fraud?
