Your automated call-back system is not working. You keep hanging up on me.
I have tried about 10 times to get someone to talk to me. I paid for the service that allows that, yet your automated system is apparently confused by the difference between a "1" and a "3." The former is to indicate that I want to talk to someone. But when I punch it, it's interpreted as a 3 -- meaning I'm satisfied and I want to cancel the call. This is a real shortcoming for a tech company like Intuit.
Can you PLEASE address this? Very frustrating. Just call me as I have asked you to do repeatedly.
