There is an 800 number posted on the TurboTax program you are using. I called that number yesterday and talked to two of the most pleasant people. The first one answered my questions and was upfront about not being a tax professional. And she was not shy about saying she did not know the answer. She promptly transferred be to a Tax Professional and he did answer all my questions. They both listened to the reason I was calling before they each provided an answer.
