When you get to the end under the File tab:
- Click on Start (or Revisit if you've already clicked it) next to Step 2

You should see In my bank account. Select this option
- Your old bank account info will show up. There will be a little box that states "I want my refund in this account" PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS BOX IS UNCHECKED
- Click Continue and then the next page will allow you to enter in your new bank account information
