It depends on if you have filed the return or not.
- If you have not filed the return, go back into your return to the FILE section, step 2, and change your bank information.
- If you have filed the return, you can NOT change the account. Two things could happen depending on whether or not you paid Turbo Tax already.
- If you paid before filing: Once the bank rejects the deposit, the IRS will mail you the refund.
- If you chose to pay your fees from your refund, then Santa Barbara bank has your refund and should mail you the refund. You may need to call them at 800-717-7228.
