E-tile turbo tax return was rejected by the federal and state filing. The code is IND-031-04 because my signature was not the same as previous years which was done by a private firm. Therefore I decided to do my own tax return this year but was rejected because my signature number was different. I have since located the filing signature number on previous years but I am unable to get into my return and change the signature number. How do I do this without taking me to an upgrade page which I have already paid for and have a receipt that it was paid. Henry Townsend
