For others who might experience this problem: I located the errant form by clicking on "Schedule E, p 2" and then clicked through using the "QuickZoom to S Corporation K-1 Worksheets" button on the Schedule E form, opened the empty worksheet form, and then deleted it with the button at the bottom as suggested by Irene2805.
