You have a state tax form that rolled over from last year that is causing this problem. Here is how to fix it:
- Click on Tax Tools toward the bottom left corner.
- Select Tools.
- Click on Delete a form.
- Scroll down the list and find Schedule UE, under your Pennsylvania Return.
- Click Delete to the right and then Confirm the delete.
- Click Continue, then Review.
