From the Step-By-Step side, Under the Personal tab>Personal Income, follow these steps:
- Scroll down to Business Investment and Estate/Trust Income>Schedule K-1 and click update
- S Corporations (Form 1120S) click Start/Update
- There should be an untitled Shell of S Corporation K-1 Summary listed that you can delete since you are getting the error
