I download & installed "w_turbotax_1040_prm_amd_2018.120.0100.exe" intended to amend my 2018 return for tuition and fees deduction extended by Congress in Dec 2019, but the program says "tuition and fees deduction unavailable".
Is this the one program for amending my 2018 return, or can I use the regular 2018 premier version to amend ? Thanks.
