You should receive a Letter CP2000 from the Campus that should explain what changes they made to your return and why your refund is lower than the amount deposited in to your bank account. It could take up to 4 weeks for the letter to be received. If you wish to try to get through to the Campus and ask them before you receive the letter, please call 1-800-829-1040
