FSA amounts are not entered anywhere in your tax return (contributions or distributions), except as entered from a W-2 form.
FSA contributions are taken out pre-tax from your salary and are not deductible again. There is no transfer of this information into your tax return. Any notation such as in box 14 or box 12 of your W-2 is just informational.
