To enter Per Diem for truck driver:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Federal Taxes.
- Go to Deductions and Credits.
- Scroll down to Employment expenses and click show more.
- Scroll down to Job Expenses for W-2 Income and select revisit.
- Answer Yes to the question Do you have any employment expenes for W-2 work?
- Enter your occupation and continue.
- On the Screen Does your job-related work involve any of these professions or situations? Select They’re in the transportation industry.
