It was unusually hard to navigate the website to my Advantage account. In talking on the phone with customer support, I was told I should *not* log in. Instead, I was told to find the link I needed in a small menu item, which took me to a different login screen. This is rather counter-intuitive. Ultimately I was provided with the download and my activation code by the helpful phone support person, who verified that I had already purchased the software, but hadn't received the CD. It took me way too long to resolve a very simple question: "where do I download the Turbotax software?"
