Yes, you can leave it and come back later. However, don't update your state/s (if applicable) until you've entered all of your info for federal taxes. When you log back in, to get to the health insurance questions click >> 'Take me to my return >> select the 'Federal Taxes' tab >> then click the 'Health Insurance' tab below it
