Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Please verify that you didn't select "Worked outside the U.S." on the "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?" screen after you entered your W-2. 

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “W-2”
3. Click on “Jump to W-2” and you should see the “Here's your W-2 info” screen
4. Click "Edit" and continue until the "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?" screen

Also, check the foreign income section:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “foreign income”
3. Click on “Jump to foreign income”
4. Select "No" to the question "Did you make any money outside the U.S.?"
