Sorry for your loss.
You are correct that if your parents filed as Married Filing Jointly in 2018, their AGI's are the same for both of them.
Be sure that your father is still shown in the MY INFO section; you just need to indicate that he is deceased and the date.
They are Married Filing Jointly for 2019 also.
