@sonusarath substantial presence counts days present in the US ONLY when you are not an exempt person --- your F-1 gives you five calendar years ( starting with the year you entered ) as exempt , till end of 2020. Thus only path forward if , and only if , you want to file as a resident for tax purposes ( form 1040) for 2019 is as described in my earlier response ( above ).
