@dcariveau16 Maybe the following will help give you an icon:
- In Windows Explorer - go to Program Files (v86)
- Scroll to TurboTax folder & expanded it
- Expand Deluxe 2019
- Click on 32bit (or 64bit)
- on the right side, scroll down to TurboTax.exe
- Right click on TurboTax.exe
- Choose Send to
- Then choose Desktop (create shortcut)
